1Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major brands of credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as bank transfer.
2Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
No, there are no hidden costs.
3 How long does it take to setup my account?
We manually review each order to protect ourselves from fraud, your account details will be sent within 3 hours, but usually much quicker.
4Will you transfer my website from my previous provider (migration)?
If your previous provider is using cPanel, we can transfer your entire account over to us for free. It will include all domains including content, MySQL databases, FTP and e-mail accounts.
If your previous provider is not using cPanel, we can transfer over one domain, free of charge. Manual transfers only include the contents of that website and the database associated with it. Settings such as e-mails, email accounts, FTP accounts and others are unable to be automatically transfered. To start the migration process over, please contact our technical support department and include the logins of your previous hosting provider. Website transfers can take several hours, depending on how large the account is.
5Do you offer support?
Yes, we offer 24/7 online support. Just send us your question or open the Ticket and you should expect first response in less than 30 minutes.
6 What control panel do you use?
The control panel we use is called cPanel. Reseller plans include WHM as well.
7Do you offer telnet or shell access?
Telnet or shell access are available for managed dedicated servers only, Due to security reason's we do not offer telnet or shell access for hosting plans. You are still able to unzip files on the server using cPanel File manager as well as the ability to setup cron jobs.
8Do you have Windows hosting plans?
No, we do not currently offer Windows hosting plans.
9How do I access my cPanel control panel?
You can login to your cPanel control panel at http://yoursite.com/cpanel where "yoursite" is your own domain name.
10Which folder do I upload my web pages to?
You should place all of your web documents in the public_html directory.
11How long does it take for my DNS changes to update world wide?
Normally you can expect to see your web site DNS to change within 24-48 hours once you have made the modifications at your registrar.
12Can I upgrade the plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan any time by just contacting sale support at: sales@nexus-hosting.com or just open a Ticket.
13Do you offer a uptime guarantee?
Nexus Hosting offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Please read our Service Level Agreement at https://www.nexus-hosting.com/service-level-agreement/ for more information.
14What is free domain?
Free domain is option with our hosting plans only. If you cancel Nexus hosting plan domain is not free any more.
15Do you offer a trial?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a trial. Trials are usually only used for abuse, and we like to keep our servers far away from that. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on shared hosting accounts, excluding domain registration fees and addons. If you are not satisfied with our service, please cancel your account within 30 days of signup.
